I am a curious person and have always enjoyed meeting new people and making friends from all over the world.

Keeping it simple, I enjoy mountain biking, astronomy, traveling, hiking and trying new foods and activities.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Although I've been across seas, I haven't traveled the United States much at all. My goal in 2019 is to do a 3 month road trip in my car to see how other states are and what living in other states is like. The biggest benefit I find from being apart of the Couchsurfing community is the communication with the host/s. Talking with our hosts when given the chance has been a great way to better understand how living in the area is like. This is perfect as my goal for this trip is figure out which state is my dream State where I would want to settle down in.

I've only gotten to experience Couchsurfing through others. One of the most recent and amazing experiences was when my girlfriend and I got to stay with a few hosts while we drove through Washington state this past summer. Overall, it was a great experience, I was surprised how the Couchsurfing community made us feel welcomed and how much they were willing to share. I still remember being taught how to chop up fire wood with a chainsaw by one Couchsurfing's legends, Lonnie.

As for music, I'm not too picky. But if I ever get to choose what's playing, I gravitate more towards old school remixes and Sigur Ros.
As for movies, I like to laugh so I guess comedies are where it's at. Action movies are pretty great too. Jurassic World and Transformers are top favorites.

Finished a 3 month U.S road trip on 2019. Slowly making my way to Florida, then off to California, creeping to Colorado, finishing off with a long drive back home. All done in a small 2 door hatchback with 170k miles on the engine. Had minor issues along the way but everything worked out fine!

I'm not a Spanish instructor but I can teach you some Spanish. As for learning and sharing, I think the best is when I'm able to help and learn something from it. For instance you may have a farm where I can help but also learn several things from it, others can just be great cooks where it can be an amazing experience learning new recipes.

While I surf host to host, I can't offer much but kindness. I will leave the place cleaner or as clean as it was shared to me. I can assist with household chores, heavy lifting, or anytime you need a hand.

At the current moment I'm not able to host.

When I get a chance to host, I will be fine with sharing what I have for the most part such as any musical instruments, camera, telescope and bike. The list will expand when ever I figure out where I will live.
