I'm a newly graduated student who is now taking his time exploring the world instead of just reading about it! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to explore a country in more ways than just staying at hostels and meeting other travellers who aren't from the place. I'd like to know about the area, attempt to learn the language, learn first hand about the culture and place I'm in. There is no better way to do so than meeting people who live in the area!

Interests

I've long been active within sports and exercise and like an active lifestyle. However, that's not all there is to me. I'll also happily enjoy a massive meal and a beer or two too many. I'm currently cutting down on my meat consumption but am also happy to try anything and everything that is a new food experience! Finding a nice spot with a sunset and just watching that with good company is probably my favourite thing to do.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to mostly anything. My current genres I'm listening the most to are mellow rap/hip hop, classic rock, 60s soul and rock, r&b and electronic music in various forms. I'm a massive fantasy reader and watcher with the Harry Potter series having a special place in my heart.
