My name's Christian and I'm currently living in Florence, Italy as a Study Abroad student! I live for traveling and emerging myself in new cultures.
I've been all over the world and have lived in several other countries (mostly in Africa). I've only just found out about CouchSurfing and am really excited to meet new people and share in the journey :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm creating a profile on CouchSurfing for a couple of reasons
1.) Cost- everyone wants to travel, and yet often the price hinders many of us
2.) I believe in paying things forward and I look forward to providing housing for travelers like myself

Like i said, I live to travel! I also love just being out in nature. Some of my hobbies include hiking, climbing, photography, and yoga

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Eastern Africa for 9 months right after I graduated from secondary. It was originally an attempt to run away, but ended up being a time where I found myself and learned a lot about my ability to adapt

Teach, Learn, Share

After I graduate with my masters in English I plan on joining the Peace Corps in the hopes to share my skills, time and energy with the world. I would also like to be a university professor

What I Can Share with Hosts

Sharing culture, to me, is a priceless exchange and CouchSurfing offers the opportunity to do just that. What I can give to my host is my experience.
