ABOUT ME

Easygoing, amicable, considerate and sometime humorous — comments from others. So it won't be wrong ;-) I'm a fan of different cultures, languages, fine arts, cuisines, wines and sports (particularly football, badminton and table tennis). Keen to help others and always happy to make friends around the world. I speak English, Spanish and Chinese (mother tongue), currently learning French, Danish, and Italian.

I've traveled over 60 countries and the adventure is not yet finished :-) Born in China, I did my Erasmus Mundus Masters in Spain, followed by a PhD in Pharmaceutical Science. Four years in Santiago de Compostela (Spain) and half a year in Angers (France) was just the start, after which I worked and lived in New Zealand for another five years to discover the other end of the world. Now back to Europe and have a more stabilised life in Copenhagen.

PHILOSOPHY

Since we cannot prolong our life, why don’t we extend its width by traveling and reading?

I'm glad to talk and also listen to different ideas and stories, injecting fresh air to my life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in many cities like Frankfurt (DE), Zurich (CH), Milan (IT), Stockholm (SE), Manchester (UK), San Sebastian (ES), Reykjavik (IS), Lisse (NL), Rotorua (NZ), Sibiu (RO), Cologne (DE), Bochum (DE), Gdańsk (PL), Baku (AZ), Batumi (GE).
Instead of surfing, I have been more actively hosting people while living in Spain, France, New Zealand and now in Denmark.
It has been great fun to meet people and make new friends through CS.
