ABOUT ME

I recently quit the idea of becoming a (full-time) teacher and became overwhelmed by the idea of being a professional musician instead. That's what I'll be busy at in the next time.
Still, I would pick out myself as beeing open, friendly, peaceful, and truly interested towards many things - don't hesitate telling me something, you mostly might find me listening.
I feel well when I am able to laugh and again and again am amazed by the magic effect of laughing together! Therefore I'm always open for funny details and humour out of particuar situations :)
I also like to be kind of rational sometimes, asking questions and making some thoughts about general ideas of life, upgrowing, morals, science, society and their developments and often on the look for causes, as I like to understand things.

PHILOSOPHY

I am not religious, but open to to various concepts of living. I haven't found my one yet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Whenever I find time to go travelling I try to include some Couchsurfing! This REALLY enhanced my travels and I find myself thinking of the people I got to know frequently. Unfortunately my recent Home hardly provides the opportunity to host, but I'm looking forward to rent bigger room with a couch!

Interests

I love to listen and to make music not being fixed to genres. I'm looking for eternal beauty in music. Recently occupy myself with Jazz music, but World, Classical, Electronical, Popular aren't unfamilar to me. I'm a quite busy bassplayer (double and electric) and a beginner in singing, piano, guitar and percussion playing. and member of some Bigbands and projects.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like not common films that break with well-known structures. Unfortunately I often forget the titles even if enjoyed the film a lot. Important for me is a certain relevance to reality.
Some music that I enjoy:
Avishai Cohen, Miles Davis, Brian Blade, Rudder, Funk'n'Stein, ...
I am collecting books with contents of education, science, philosophy, politics and will never be able to read them all... what a shame.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach maths and physics because I was studying to do so ;)
But you could ask me for some questions of learning German, some musical theory or practice or how not to be able to defense oneself ;)
