ABOUT ME

I am a 27 years old PhD student, currently based in Berlin and researching on traditional music in Ukraine. Well, it i€™s always a bit awkward to "describe yourself" - but I think I can say that I love getting in contact with people, talking, exchanging, making friends etc., and that I have found this mostly an amazingly enriching experience!
I can be a hard working person in the best German sense, but mostly the perspective of a relaxed conversation in a bar or with a nice beer sees me succumb. Very much looking forward to getting to know you guys out there!

Interests

- Music (I am a composer and musicologist, and used to play violin and piano).
- Culture, of any kind, bars included.
- Travelling, up to now a lot in East and South East Europe.
- Cooking. ;-)
