Hello there, my name is Christian. I definitely love to travel and meet people from all over the world. I'm very sociable and like to chat about everything under the sun! I prefer to be awake all night and sleep away the first half of the day but often it's not possible to escape the rhythm of our world. ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My best friend and me traveled around Scotland via Couch Surfing in 2011. It was amazing because our hosts were just great. We've been among other things in Edinburgh, St. Andrews, Aberdeen, Inverness, the Highlands, Portree and Fort William. We also stayed one night in Newcastle which was very great, as well.I would like to host Couch Surfers in my hometown but unfortunately there are not many people who travel to Lüdenscheid! Once I showed some people from Israel around. We tasted the German beer and had great conversations.
This year I traveled around Italy and Tenerife and met a couple of great people during my trips
I really like the idea of Couch Surfing because it helps you to get in touch with so many interesting people.

Interessen

I'm very interested in music, sport and culture. I'm the bassist in a band. I like to write songs and play instruments. I like quite a lot of different sports. Usually, I play basketball, volleyball and football with my friends. I also like to travel and get to know other cultures.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I listen to: RHCP, the Killers, the Kooks, the Wombats, Incubus, Foo Fighters, Coldplay, Counting Crows, Arctic Monkeys, the Police, Beduin Soundclash, the Fray, a lot of German stuff and so on.I'm very bad at remembering movies, but i have seen quite a lot of good movies. =)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I used to work as a radio presenter in a small local radio station in Wales for three month. It was such a great experience because I met so many interesting people and I was able to listen to music twenty-four-seven! :-)
I experienced the sunrise on the Pico del Teide (Tenerife) which was just awesome!
I crossed the Alps by hiking. :)
