ABOUT ME

I am a Romanian-born Danish resident who moved to Denmark few years ago. I was exchange student here, in 2008/2009, and after the tremendous experience I had I've decided to move here by myself and study. And, afterwards, live, but there's still some time until I have to decide that.

My experience as exchange student, living between unknown people and sharing my experience together with other (former) exchange students taught me a lot, and cultural differences do not mean anything for me - actually, they all make sense.

I am a quite decent and, most important, hard-working football player in a low-level league of Denmark. Bottom line, I am the one who does the "dirty background work" during a game.

I've also been a top swimmer in Romania when I was a child (for seven whole years) and played handball in the top youth league of Romania (and a short spell in Denmark), so you can easily get the fact that sport means a lot for me. It always will.

I am studying to become a multimedia designer, focused on front-end coding with decent back-end capabilities, but as I said before, it's a long way to go until my final target.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently living alone in a small apartment just outside Aalborg, Denmark, so I do not have a lot of spare place, but I am always happy to help people fitting in the city or just go out and grab a drink with people from all over the world.

In case you really need to spend the night somewhere, just give me a message, I might be available for short term periods.

Interests

I am very interested in sports and travelling and after I will finish my education, I plan on taking few years off to go travel around the world.
