About Me
Hello.
I'm Christie. :) I am new at this, but I am happy to host kind souls working their way through Tucson. I love hearing about the stories of where people have been and where they are going next, and being able to provide a little support along the way.
I know very little Spanish and French, but enough to play around with if you do not speak English. I love learning language anyway.
Hope to meet some great people through hosting, so let me know if you need a couch! :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like meeting new people and supporting them on their journey. People have been very kind to me in many ways throughout my travels, and I would like to pass the same support and kindness on to others in any small way that I can.
Interests
I love the desert and outdoors. I have a great dog . I enjoy gardening and sometimes cooking for/with friends. I like to hike, road-trip, and would love to travel everywhere and anywhere. Always up for good conversation and I'm always on the hunt for hidden Tucson gems - finding amazing, unique restaurants all over the city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. Traveled Guatemala for a couple of months. Went without a lick of Spanish and picked it up along the way with some classes, volunteering with kids and the rest of the every day travel as I hopped around the country. Amazing experience.
2, This one is right here in Tucson. Happy to host if someone wants to come for the Dia De Los Muertos (day of the dead) all souls procession. It's increasable, and right here in Tucson. November 8th.
What I Can Share with Hosts
