Overview
About Me
I worked in a tech start-up in Toronto after graduating University for 3 years. I soon became restless and yearned for a change from the draining 9-5 office life. This lifestyle was not only taking a toll on my spirit but also my body as I was overweight and stressed.
I decided to sell all my possessions and buy a one way ticket to Australia and have been here for almost two years.
Throughout my travels I've learned it's more fun to slow down and enjoy the journey than to rush to the destination. It during these times that you meet the most interesting people and have most memorable experiences.
I now consider myself a minimalist with a focus on a healthy mind body and spirit. I've completely shifted my lifestyle for the better as I now strive to eat an anti-inflammatory diet and stay fit doing a exercise routine I've coined the 'Prisoner's Workout' (disclaimer: I have not been to prison). The workout can be done anywhere in an area the size of a prison cell, only requires a deck of cards and can be done by anyone (I lost 20kg doing it).
