I've recently graduated from Georgia Tech where I was studying Electrical Engineering! I just finished a summer internship at SpaceX in California and am headed to Zurich Switzerland where I will start graduate studies at ETH Zurich studying Electrical Engineering. It's very boring at some points, that's why I need to make sure I am taking time to go out and adventure the world during my breaks. I graduate this year and after that I am not sure where I'm headed. I would like to head back to Europe and possibly go to grad school. However, there's still so much here in the states that I have yet to see. Also, it would be hard to leave my family. So I have some tough choices ahead, but it's all very exciting at the same time!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I absolutely love going to a new place that I've never been to before and just exploring that place. I love meeting the people in that place and experiencing the culture and I really just want to take in as much as possible in my travels and feel couch surfing is a great way to do that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to Cancun during my first trip outside the country. I went with some family friends, but it was just me from my immediate family. We traveled out to these newly discovered ruins in the forests of Cancun one day and I was able to walk around and see these ancient Mayan ruins that I've only before been able to see in books and videos. I was able to climb up to the tallest one and once up there, I could see for miles! It was a pretty amazing sight.

So there have definitely been other amazing things I've done and seen in my travels, however, I think this stands out the most since it was where I first realized that I wanted to start traveling the world! It was a very important moment!
