Hey everyone!

My name is Christina and i am 22 years old. I am Greek and i grew up in a wonderful island in Ionian sea called Zakynthos. You are more welcome to visit me there :) . Greeks say that people from my island are a bit more crazy than the rest county :)

The past 4 years i study in Athens Economics. I m currently doing my intership in UN in a network about sustainable development. As for Athens...it was a love from the first sight...the vibes of the city are just amazing! I try to find time with my friends to enjoy the sun, the breathtaking viewpoints that you see the Acropolis and the great nightlife :)
As a person i love sports and i ve been playing tennis since i was 8! I also love adventure and the nature so i try to go hiking or have long walks by the sea. Last summer i decided to challenge my limits and braveness so i did bungee jumping, climping in a wall and scuba diving. It was just amazing experience and I try to keep up with the last two hobbies.

Essential things for a great life? Travelling, good wine, a good book, sun and mostly crazy friends.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Since i was 13 years old competing in tennis tournament around the Europe...i never stopped travelling. Trips set you free and open your horizons because they help you meet more pepole with different perspectives for life and other cultures.

Couchsurfing is a great chance to travel around the world and also to meet new friendly people, especially locals.

But even when you host someone from another country or even continent it's like you are mentally transfered to their home...

So i hope i ll make great new friends during my adventures from now on.

Music: every good quality of music...but i have a special preference to Jazz :)

Warm environment in my house...good music...and good coffee and wine :) I also love showing Athens or Zakynthos to people that visit them for the first time :)
