Overview
About Me
Hey, I'm Chrissy. I’m a friendly Aussie now living in Los Angeles. I’m a creative (musician and filmmaker) and love traveling and meeting new people. I play ukulele and sometimes travel to do festival gigs and performances.
Couchsurfing appeals to me because it’s a way to meet locals and make new friends as well as bring some fun into other people’s lives. The experiences that I’ve had so far have been brilliant and I hope to continue.
My interests are varied. I can be persuaded into outdoors activities such as hiking, rafting etc. I enjoy theatre and sit down concerts. Not much of a part goer or night owl but I like a social drink and chat.
I also enjoy mind/body pursuits such as yoga.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love just about all musical styles and enjoy writing music of my own, I'm also always up for a jam or a creative collaboration. I sing and play ukulele, guitar and bass. I've also been known to boogie when the chips are down.
Autobiographies are my favourite thing to read, particularly rock autobiographies. Scar Tissue is one of my favouites. I also enjoy TED talks and surrounding myself with people who like to think big. I am currently reading 'The 4 Hour Work Week'.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was called up on stage at a David Coperfield magic show and made disappear.
