ABOUT ME

I am an adventurous person who leaps at any opportunity to travel. I am Barbadian born but lived in St Lucia until I moved to Sweden in 2007. Having a background of Indian, African, Caribbean and Swedish descent has given me a curiousity for other cultures and countries.

I enjoy the outdoors and can never get enough of the ocean.

I try my best to practice living a holistic lifestyle, starting each day with a grateful heart, making the most of every moment.

Travel is my biggest passion. I have a profound love for nature and the ocean. Yoga is my daily dose of balance and tranquility. I love to cook and enjoy of the art of eating well.
