Overview
About Me
I grew up in Florida (saint Petersburg and Orlando) and woke up one day last year and decided I needed a change of scenery! I ended up in Nashville (after literally flipping a coin). I work at a clinic with refugees coming to the US from all over the world. I love learning about their cultures, values and traditions and can't wait to continue to meet new people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's time for me to see the world! I love the idea of people being kind to one another, trusting each other, opening up their homes and allowing others to come in. I think it will lead to many amazing friendships.
Interests
I like to be outside in the sunshine! I love anything close to the water. Hiking, exploring waterfalls, swimming, paddle boarding. I also like to volunteer.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all music, country music included (Nashville has a ton of good music, y'all! Not just the cowboy stuff).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Quit my job in a place I had lived my entire life and moved to a state 12 hours away from my family by myself where I didn't know anyone. Forced me to step outside of my comfort zone and meet new (and totally awesome) people. Found a job I love doing what makes me happy! Best decision ever...
Teach, Learn, Share
I am happy to help you practice your English skills....Love to practice my Spanish (necesito practicar mucho... ). I am also planning a trip to Israel and I just started working on Hebrew so bonus points if you know any of that. I would also love to learn some phrases in Hindi, Burmese, or Arabic so that I can greet my patients in their language when I see them.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Being fairly new in Nashville myself, I can share a love an excitement for finding places in this city to explore. I will appreciate your suggestions as much as you will appreciate mine! I can get you to some really beautiful waterfalls, and some places for an awesome view of the sunset.
