Generally, I consider myself a very easy-going and open-minded person who respects other’s privacy and property and expects others to do the same.

I neither do drugs nor smoke but don’t mind if others do as long as it's ok that I don't join in. I have a high tolerance level. :) When I’m at home I usually enjoy some quiet time but also enjoy hanging with housemates if we share common interests.

I've never been a huge party person, however, I do enjoy nights out at a bar with friends, going to poetry slams, standup comedies or concerts. Other than that I really enjoy the outdoors, hiking and trail running. Oh and I'm a huge pet lover. So if you have pets, you already earned a positive reference! Haha! :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have been on this site for a while now but haven't actually used it. I'm travelling to the US in November for 3 weeks and this will be my first attempt at couchsurfing.

I've always been interested in other cultures and since I'm usually traveling alone I would like to meet locals who would enjoy showing me around or just sharing their knowledge about the area.

Having a local who actually enjoys hosting you is the reason why I would like to try out couchsurfing this time. I know that travelling alone can get lonely sometimes which is also a reason why I am always happy to meet up with people who come to my city. Even if it's just one day you get to spend together, it's always a great experience and sometimes the beginning of a new friendship.
