I'm tinka, 23 years old, based in berlin. At the moment I'm travelling spain, escaping the German winter. Taking a break.

I'm a quite & calm person, I like beers, quality conversations and good/ weird music. I prefer an evening at home with good conversations and a bottle of wine over a big party (mostly.. I enjoy both, really, everything in balance)

I feel a big drive to the ocean and one day I want to be a diver. (But still got a lot of work to do till then..) I feel drawn to people with strong opinions and intensity which are questioning and explaining logically. I love good discussions. And generally, people with leftist ideas about a better world.

I'm shy and I'll probably need my time to open up to you, I may seem abit cold at the beginning but that doesn't mean i don't like you. (If I do, be shure I'll just fuck off or let you know/ depends on the levelness of dislike)

I can spend a long amount of time not talking to anyone, with a good book, an empty book and pen, some weed and the beach, totally happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Welll, I don't have much money obviously and even if I did I would'nt like giving them to hotels. I travel with a tent but sometimes it's nice to share a warm home with an interesting human for a while. The idea of couchsurfing is great and worth promoting. Breaking the fears of human distance, encouraging connection.

Interests

I try to live a life without harming other beings and the environment, as much as possible (failing often and still having a lot to learn..)

Trying to live after my morals more and more, eating mostly out if the dumpster (at home, failing with that partly while traveling..), try not to buy anything and if I do as vegan and cruelty free as possible. (It's fuckin hard but....) Everything that we buy is unethical in regard of supporting capitalist exploitation but sometimes we have to choose the least damaging way painfully.

I'm interested in environmental activism in the rest of the world, I'm was doing it back home and I'd like to meet crew doing that and other rad shit (social activism/ feminism/ animallibstuff) from all over the world and share experience and knowledge.

I like partys (mostly hardtek, but also other weird electronic stuff and punk, really my taste in music is diverse and most of the kinds i like i can't even label. Never anything wrong with a guitar in the evening by the fire. )

I wanna learn more about anthropology/ the history of human kind and understand more about why we are what we are. Sure to put the blame on capitalism is not always right (although I believe its a big source of evil)

I'm interested in different countrys/ lenguages and cultures. I want to better up my spanish and french and learn arabic one day.

I like contrasts and I like getting to know ways of life different to mine.
