Recently lost our work Tender so I'm in between jobs.. I've taken the opportunity to take a break and just spent an amazing month in Sri Lanka. I'm heading to Sydney for my Buddhism and psychotherapy course and my accomodation fell though so in looking at other options.

Gosh I guess I have a lot of knowledge around mental health from a strong recovery perspective, I've had a strong interstate in Buddhism and have attended 10 plus silent retreats.. My latest interest is Zen.. It's so brilliantly simple!
