ABOUT ME

I have a positive attitude, and my sense of humor includes a great appreciation for cheesy puns. I get along well with just about anybody, and I especially love to see when people value one another and treat each other right. I don't smoke and I rarely drink, but I love spending quality time outdoors and discovering new things! I like to think I live simply and derive joy from pretty basic things and experiences.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Originally, I was simply meeting up with surfers as they passed through or moved to Denver and CS was helping me make new friends! I'm excited to be in an apartment where I can host/play tour guide while you all visit the wondrous place that is Denver. Hence, I like to accept requests for dates during which I'll be available.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some of my favorite people through CS: I've hosted several marvelous surfers and had the opportunity to surf all over Europe!

Interessen

I tend to alternate between arts-and-crafts days and go-climb-a-mountain days. I love to explore, including places I might think I know pretty well already. I'm all about free fun and spending time with people, listening to their stories, and laughing. I love to laugh. I particularly enjoy hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, dancing, and other such things, but mostly just for fun. I'm not an expert at any of them! I'm open to trying new things (Dinosaur Ridge, tea houses, brunch, waterfalls, castles, bison, whatever) and you can find so many opportunities on doingdenverforless, milehighonthecheap, and colorado-for-free.com. I love learning (the world is amazing!) and I love community. As a result, I'm big into service. I adore travel, and I collect postcards from all over the world (my own and ones friends have sent)... cheap souvenir, too!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I jumped off a 30 ft. cliff at the beach in Nerja, Andalusia, Spain to the encouraging cries of a dozen onlookers. It was incredible... no regrets!
