ABOUT ME

I grew up in a small village in Bavaria. A long time of my life I didn´t travel at all. It developed very slowly. There was a point when I realized that I want to try more. And I did it. I started to travel, first with friends, then alone - and it was amazing!!! Some years ago I tried couchsurfing. I love it! Since then I got more and more curious about it. My last travel lasted 14 months and I want to travel more!

Interests

I love to talk to people from different countries to get to know there culture. It´s beautiful to find differences and similarities. I love very much to participate in the life of other people, not to feel as a tourist in a new place, but to see the real life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I made was an Interrail Tour in the south of Europe in the year 2012. For people who use CS and who saw big parts of the world already it´s not a big thing for shure. But for my part it was a big step. It was my first travel alone and I used CS for the first time. I knew very less people who traveled like this. I was very nervous about that and I´m so so so happy that the beautiful experiences I made on this journey made me travel more and more... :)

Since 2015 I have a new amazing experience: crossing the Atlantic ocean with a small ship! It was the most special experience that I have ever made, I really loved it and will always feel proud about doing it. You have to know that it was just my second sailing trip :) ;) I made one sailing trip in the Caribbean which was also so amazing and on this trip I decided to cross the Ocean ;)

The best thing I experienced was the birth of my son in 2023 :)
