ABOUT ME

If you would ask my friends something about me, they will tell you that I'm friendly and in a good mood. That I talk with hands and feet and that I can't stop talking when I have found a theme. Coffee is always ready and I love to talk for hours in the kitchen - but I don't like cooking! The house is always a little untidy, because I have always good excuses and much nicer and more important things to do.

My son told me about it - and I think it's a great idea!
If I host you I try to spend some time with you and I want you to spend some time with me (not all of your time - I need some private time,too) - if you just need a bed, please look for a hotel

I love to meet new people. We hosted 2 exchange students in our family for 1 year (not at the same time) from AFS. And we host students from the jacobs univercity bremen regulary. For me it's always exciting to get to know something about different cultures and I really enjoy talks about life, dreams, travels....
I like travelling and see the world - but because I don't have enough money for travelling 12 month a year I try to invite the world ;-)
I like to go out in pubs, restaurants, discos for talking, eating food I haven't prepared, meeting friends,dancing, in summer I like to take my bike and cycle in the area for hours or a day - and I don't mind to sit on my couch for 3 days when a book captivates me :-)
I have 3 grown up children, they have there own lives, but I love to spend some time with them.

I love good, thrilling stories - to watch or to read, for me it's Entertainment and Relaxation.
Music is all around and everywhere - and depends on my mood

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Probably the best was the birth of my first child - 22 years ago - I can't describe how I feelt when i held her imn my arms the first time: She was perfect- 10 fingers, 2 feet, breathing by herself, her heart was beating...
3 years ago i was in southamerica and i saw the waterfalls of iguazu - it was amazing and sooo loud!
Whale watching in a bay north of the Dominikanian Republik was fantastic and has left a lasting impression!
Hiking to the Laguna 69 in Peru
And,of course,1000ds of other things that have made my life colourful!

I must admit that I'm not special at all - maybe unique and I know a little bit of this and that. I'm interessted in many different things and I'm still curious, but I know that I wont learn free climbing in this life anymore - maybe in my next ;-)
And - even I don't like cooking - I can do it. So if you want me to cook for you, no problem :-)
