ABOUT ME

difficult question. i like doing stuff. not a big fan of sitting around. though sometimes going down to the old pub and chatting away or staying up all night chatting on the balcony watching the sun come up and then over is of course great fun. i like going hiking and camping and climbing and being surrounded by many as well as not a breathing soul. wish i was able to spend less time on the computer. and more time outdoors. apparently i am stubborn. sometimes people laugh at my silly jokes. when i have an aim i work real hard to make it happen. i love new surroundings and revisting old familiar places to see them anew and see how time has carved its mark on them.

Very new on this, so haven;t been able to participate at all as of yet. hopefully that will change very soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Much. Have been very lucky in the past on trips and journeys to have come across some super awesome people who allowed me to stay and sleep on their couches. The funniest one was in Austin, Texas for 4th of july, where the entire night, their cat came and licked and clawed my neck and purred and always came back no matter how many times i would put it back down. Was a super cute cat, and hadn't it been the for clawing part.... i wouldn't have minded so.

Interests

Photography!!!! And putting together photo stories. especially on water issues. and water rights.

and

Dance dance dance the lindyhop and authentic jazz and the chaaaarleston!!!!!
and then things like reading and hiking and climbing and cycling everywhere, listening and playing music, hanging out with friends, having a drink or two, sitting round a campfire chilling and chatting and going social dancing (lindy hop :-)!!!!! so sort of half 'city' half 'country' mouse. which is how i went from london UK to salton city USA.
