About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Making connections all over the world and making an unforgettable impression!

ABOUT ME

I am a recent graduate who has her degree in computer engineer :) Working on getting a motorcycle and license. (UPDATE: I learned how to ride a motorcycle and now have my own bike. Yay! It's a Yamaha R3) Now that I'm out of school and started a job in a completely different environment, I'm trying to pick up new hobbies and meet different people.

I'm very energetic and spontaneous, silly and I like to have fun. I am very caring and compassionate, and loyal. I am idealistic and a dreamer. I love cats (but I babysat some cats for someone and now I think I might hold off until later to get one.) :D I enjoy reading, video games, and I am very active. I enjoy being outside whenever it's not cold. I am a big foodie. So I love to cook

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to the fullest! Always take the opportunity to try something new even if it's our type comfort zone. That is how you'll grow as a person when you challenge yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first experience in Thailand when I stayed for a month. After hanging out with her she offered for us to stay with her family in Lampang where we relaxed with her relatives during the holidays. It was so peaceful. It made it really hard to leave. My host was open and caring. I'm hoping I get to meet more cool people and have a great time learning more about them!

Interests

Traveling is my number one passion. I have wanted to travel and learn about different cultures since as long as I could remember. I love to do exciting, uncommon things (aka skydiving or bungee jumping) . I try my best to do once in a life time experiences. I love to have a good time whether its going out night on the town or chilling at home with some friends.

Did I mention that in a foodie? My favorite cuisine is Asian food. Japanese, Korean, Indian, Malaysian. If it's Asian, I'm eating it. But I like to branch out with Hispanic food, Mediterranean, Italian, French, Greek. Seventy five percent of the time, if I'm cooking something, it's international food. I love trying new food or recipes. I enjoy spending time in farmer or international markets looking for rare or uncommon ingredients. Feels kinda like treasure hunting to me.

I love to read books as well. I really enjoy mysteries and thrillers (to stimulate my mind) and the occasional romance. I get so into books that I get really sad when a good book comes to an end.

Since I just got into riding motorcycles I am practing a lot. Every weekend I try to ride my bike. Eventually when I get better I'll start riding it to work!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Action, comedy, animated, romance, thrillers, and trippy movies like Inception or fight club.
Video Games: fps ,adventure, racing, fighting, arcade, etc. Practically any genre except sports. I would rather do that in real life >_>
Music: R&B i.e. Jill Scott Eryka Badu, rap, hip hop, reggae, classical, rock, pop, alternative, salsa, techno i.e. Krewella, Steve Aoki
Books: Mystery, thrillers, romance, fantasy, and sometimes history. Examples: Books by Stephan King, James Patterson, Michael Connelly. Waking Beauty, Wild Ginger, Waking Beauty, Empress Orchid, Tales of Edgar Allen Poe, Addicted, Stalked, and some other books that I forgot the name of -_-

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Awestruck moments...:D I went skydiving in the year of 2010. I say that was amazing! The adrenaline had my heart pumping like crazy! And scuba diving in Koh Toa!

Another would be riding a motorbike that my hosts family tried to teach me. I crashed it into a bunch of bushes so no real injuries. I kinda feel bad now that I think about it...

I also went floating the Dead Sea. Be careful not to get the water in your eyes or rubbing your eyes with your hands...it is game over after that!

Teach, Learn, Share

Try things that make you uncomfortable(that doesn't cause imminent danger or death). Most of the time my fun/amazing experiences were things that I were skeptical about.

Countries I’ve Visited
