Hello! I am a Special Education teacher who has an innate passion for travel, painting, meeting new people, having new experiences, trying new foods, yoga, learning, teaching, biking, sushi, wine and adventure! =) I am a sweet person who can have a conversation with anyone. =) I think this sums me up pretty well!

Music, Movies, and Books

I can listed to pretty much any type of music. I love a good Taylor Swift jam every now again, but also appreciate artists such as Hot Chip and Rodreguiz. Books I love include The Alchemist, Lean In, and Life of Pi. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I know it may sound weird, but one of my most precious life moments involves me on a rickety old bus in Laos, on 4th of July, sitting on a tiny red plastic stool in the aisle of the bus.. trying my hardest not to fall over while the locals laugh at me and a little local girl sleeps on my backpack. I always look back on this as one of the happiest moments of my life. :)
