ABOUT ME

I hate writing profiles, but here goes...

Hi, we're Birk and Christina! After a very long, cold winter (and too much cabin fever), we are SO excited to get away and visit family in France (for my great grandma's 100th b-day!) and Italy (Birk's family), and to explore Spain and hopefully meet some great people.

We're easy-going, love to joke and laugh, and can get along with almost anyone. We LOVE to travel and see new places, things, and how other people live. We love to find out about a culture through its food, music, social scene, art/design, and (of course) people!

We're both entrepreneurs...I have a clothing boutique that carries independent, local designers and I love to sew and make things. Birk is a graphic designer, artist, screenprinter, and has his own line of screenprinted clothing. He is also a bartender and makes a damn good cocktail! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are new to Couchsurfing and have always wanted to try it. Gotta start somewhere! We're looking forward to filling this part up with some good stories.

Interests

Both: Traveling, going out, meeting cool people, eating and cooking delicious food, having a good time, seeing and doing new things, smiling and laughing hard, creating things, listening to music and going to good shows (usually indie rock), art/design. Christina: Kickboxing, yoga, sewing. Birk: Diving, sailing, bikes, art and street art.
