Setting up our new house as a self sustaining homestead.

ABOUT ME

My husband and I finally found the right situation for all we want to do and are working hard on getting our place set up as a self-sustaining little homestead. I work full time and then come home and milk goats and collect eggs and feed and love on all my animals. I just started with goats and they are so precious!

PHILOSOPHY

I try to take care of the earth and all of its creatures. I love my family and try to constantly remind myself that for the most part humans are good and then see that and act accordingly.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never "couch-surfed" technically but my husband has quite a bit. I'd like to open our house to fun people and get more involved though!

Driving across the country (Alaska to Tennessee to Oregon) was amazing. The first leg I did with my husband, Kris and the last leg was just myself and my dog.
