I recently received my Master's Degree in English Literature, and now I want to spend my time writing for myself (not for the thesis panel) and seeing more of the world that I've spent so many years reading about.

I'm excited to be in a place in my life where I am finally able to travel, and I can't imagine a better way to experience a new place than with someone who calls that place home.

Music:
Radiohead, Sonic Youth, Nirvana, Bjork, Joanna Newsom, The National, Mogwai and Rasputina. These are some favorites but I'm always ready to hear new stuff.

Movies:
Paul Thomas Anderson, Terrence Malick, and Kevin Smith are a few names that come to mind.

Books:
Myy favorite stuff is usually Pre-Modern British Literature, American Southern Gothic, or Postcolonial lit.
