I accompany people in their process to discover their inner resources and learn new ways of dealing with challenges.
Mindfulness is a nonjudgmental, moment-to-moment awareness. It isn’t an abstract concept but a state of mind that we can train, just like a muscle. This training fosters concentration, wellbeing, health and happiness. Neuroplasticity refers to the brain's ability to change throughout a human life and to reorganize itself. Neuroplasticity shows us that through regular mindfulness training an adult can build new and positive habits.
