As a traveller, I always seek to live like a local, and I love learning about different life experiences and sharing space and food with others. While I honestly haven't had much opportunity to take advantage of this amazing community so far (as I often seem to find pre-existing connections when traveling!) I hear from great friends and understand that Couchsurfing is a great way to explore with the added benefits of interesting and valuable insight from friends who know their way around :) I'm so grateful for this rich resource!

Interessen

I'm drawn to intelligent systems in nature and human creations inspired by them! I spend a fair bit of time thinking about flying and am learning to allow opportunities involving this kind of reality into my experience. I have a great love for both cityscapes and open space in nature, so environments that inspire me to express myself in creative ways are pretty easy to find. I am always seeking to notice and challenge my limiting beliefs, so enjoy deep spiritual or philosophical conversation. Will you be my next teacher? :)

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I listen to many kinds of music and particularly enjoy ambient instrumentals, chill electronic, downtempo, trip-hop, funk, afro-beats... the list goes on but I want to learn about what you listen to!

I rarely watch movies but enjoy comedy, psychological thrillers, films related to technology, ecology and spirituality, mysteries and documentaries. My taste in books is similar.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I am a percussionist and also find much joy in singing and the creation of melodies (sometimes on keys). At times I can be found lost in some form of fine art– sketching or maybe something spontaneous and three dimensional. I love a good teaching moment, jam or collaboration when it feels natural! I am happy to share my knowledge and skills.

I've been a yoga student for nearly a decade and am happy to share my practice. I am particularly drawn to Ashtanga, AcroYoga and silent meditation.

I'm also always game to share information and ideas on anything to do with food!

I am quite comfortable in a kitchen and would be pleased to lend a hand in yours or even cook up and serve a nice meal :)

I may also be intrigued to hear about your business or project... After a decade of working in graphics and identity systems design, my mind goes quickly into wanting to understand your visual communication needs.
