In September, my partner and I returned to the USA from traveling around the world. We spent one year in Australia, 1 year in New Zealand, and several weeks in Thailand, Indonesia and Fiji. Now, we have relocated to Florida and are looking for short-term living in the St. Petersburg area. We would like to get to know the area and apply for jobs. Staying somewhere within the city would be a huge help in order to find our own apartment and employment.

I have strong environmental stewardship values, which translates to recycling, conserving, and minimal living. I like to appreciate the simple things and to give back to the people or places that have been of help to me. I don't need a lot of possessions to enjoy life, especially when considering what nature offers. If I can cover my costs to the host and try to help them with the time we have, then it's a bonus!
