A bit weird, trying to find the wonderful life has to offer. Sometimes struggeling, sometimes enjoying life to its fullest. Love to travel, get to know other cultures and I'm usually always happy when animals (well...except spiders, mosquitos and the like) are around.

Traveling, reading, cinema, being creative (I'm not really limited to any special field, I like painting, photography, creative writing, diy-projects...want to try some new stuff too, maybe silver smithing, screen printing...), writing and receiving letters (yes, snail mail. Still love it, probably more than ever!), riding, going to the gym...

Music, Movies, and Books

Music was my first love? Naah...not really true (animals, especially horses were my first love), but I still love music. At the moment especially Five Finger Death Punch, In this Moment, Saltatio Mortis...I tend to listen mostly to rock or metal but I'm always open for new suggestions.

Movies: Funny, every time somebody asks me what my favourite movie is it's like there's a black hole in my head and all movie titles disappeared. But titles like Big Fish, Lost in Translation or more recent The theory about everything keep coming back to my mind. I also like horror movies, Insidious, sinister or the conjuring are great for a movie night with popcorn.

Books...ever since I learned how to read it's kind of impossible to catch me without a book. I like nearly everything, from Haruki Murakami to Stephen King or also Stephen Hawking. Crime, thriller, but also books about psychologie, science, art, culture...and cooking books. I'm not really into cooking but I like browsing through a good cooking book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Only one? Okay, the most recent one: attended a wedding in India. (And yes, it was a bit like in bollywood movies. So much going on, a very colourful party, loved the hospitality, the music, all that rituals...it was amazing!)
