I am Christine and I am a 23 years old student. I am studying medicine in Vienna but currently I am doing an exchange semester in Bergen. I love travelling and that is definitely one of the reasons that brought me here. I fell in love with Bergen last year when I made a road trip with some friends in Norway. In my opinion it combines everything a vibrant a city, mountains and the ocean. For me that is everything I need. Other things that I really enjoy doing is hiking, exploring nature, playing soccer, skiing, getting to know different cultures, learning new languages and getting in touch with people from all over the world. I would love to get to know you and hear your story! :)

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

I created a couchsurfing account for travelling through Norway, for meeting locals and having a great time together. I would say that i am a quite open-minded person and now the time has come where I feel I have to try Couchsurfing as well. :)

Musica, film e libri

I listen to all kinds of music. (except maybe for heavy metal.... :-P) Hip Hop, R&B but Folk and Indie songs are also pretty great.
Some movies I really like: Lion, the blind side, the intouchables, What happens in Vegas, inception, of course Harry Potter, (and the list continues....)
books: Down under by Bill Bryson, this is going to hurt, blackout, helix,...

going abroad is definitely one of the best decisions that I have made so far.

I would love to improve my Norwegian skills and I would like to get to know the place where you live. I would definitely share my experiences with you. If you are interested in the Austrian culture or language or if you want to know how life and studying in Vienna feels like you can just ask me.
