Interests

If I had to narrow them down I would say the most important ones are traveling, cooking and international food, music, and anything that fits under the umbrella of the the big cultural experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've enjoyed different genres of books, most of all some by Haruki Murakami, my favorite being Sputnik Sweetheart and even the lighter and more fictiony books like Lemony Snicket's series and the harry potter books. I've recently become interested in books about my country that deal more with politics in the hopes of understanding the conflicts it faces more (still trying to at least).

As for movies, I'm a coward and too chicken to watch horror movies, anything else I'll probably enjoy

I'm not one of those people with awesome playlists ready to impress anyone (sadly ) but what I love about music and listening to what people like and collecting music appreciated by different people

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking up the Pyrennes mountains in Midi-Pyrennees was an amazing experience, and one of my first hikes. The best part was finally reaching the destination point at the bottom of a huuuge waterfall surrounded by snow and feeling the water being sprayed on my face after a long hike

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share stories about growing up in my home city of Beirut, make some delicious Lebanese food, as well as local things from Belgium (they have awesome beer and chocolate here!)
