About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Strive for balance, happiness, and a better understanding of human beings
ABOUT ME
I love being adventurous and spontaneous, yet at the same time risks can make me nervous, but it's a learning process. I do my best to remain optimistic with a balance of reality. At the end of most things, I want to be able to say "cheers & happiness always" and genuinely mean it. An example of "risk" is my first CS experience. Turned out fantastic!
I was born and raised in Southern California spending most summers at the beach so I love water or being near an ocean. Music gives me strength as does looking at maps, perusing where I want to journey to next. I love waking up at the crack of dawn (although I rarely do so) but when I do, I like a cup of good coffee and wait for the sun to shine because it gives me peace, clarity of mind, and happiness. I feel like the world is mine and that I have a precious secret to keep. I like to learn and enrich my life and if I can enrich someone else's life, I am honored by the opportunity.
PHILOSOPHY
Human beings are so complicated and there are so many factors to making us the person we are. I would like to approach life and meeting new friends with curiosity, respect, and honesty. Creating a human connection is what we have at the end of the day. No amount of money, careers/jobs, or negative attitudes can create relationships...just time, being genuine and true to yourself, and a pinch of positive!

Music, Movies, and Books
More than movies, I love to listen to music and read, read, read online news, books, NY Times articles, and pleasure reading from magazines like Travel+Leisure, National Geographic, Vogue, etc...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I am afraid of heights, especially jumping off from a ledge. I traveled to Panama where I did exactly that. I jumped from a waterfall into a pool and although it wasn't that high, I was so scared...but I did it! AMAZING!
I love the ocean but at the same time am terrified of open water (too many stories of shark attacks...and large animals) Anyways, I still surf and dive which gives me a rush each time I do it.
Teach, Learn, Share
Spending time in the kitchen together to create a meal is a great way to do spend time with people. I love whipping up a meal, learning how to cook/bake, and trying a new sort of cuisine/food. It's best when everyone is partaking in the experience from helping to cook, clean, set up, etc...
Indian and Thai spices shake up an old dish into a fusion of awesome flavors. Homemade fresh chai, tea, or coffee with a piece of dark chocolate is a perfect finish to any meal :)
I love Korean food and am proud of the gastronomical heritage which I grew up with.
