ABOUT ME

I'm respectful and considerate of other people's space and property, polite, easy to make conversation with, but not overly invasive of people's personal boundaries and time. I enjoy friendly talks while sharing a glass of wine, coffee, tea or food to chill out. Appreciative of any kindness shown from people around me.

PHILOSOPHY

Besides being a vegetarian, here is a little more of my life philosophy: Appreciate each moment, instead of focusing too much on what's gonna happen in 20 years, to better build on what I will be doing then. Live in a peaceful way. The past is history, the future a mystery all we know is now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never CouchSurfed before, so I'm a "newbie"! I've welcomed many friends of friends to my home before. While touring, I have consistently been welcomed by many different generous people (who start as kind strangers and who often become friends). I guess that would be my form of a couchsurfing experience.

Interests

Playing my guitar, singing and writing songs,travel and performing shows is my main thing. I also love yoga, long walks, biking around Paris, hanging out with my friends, looking at the sky, talking and meeting people from places that I'm familiar with as well as new faces. I love animals and growing flowers, hugging trees and jumping into the ocean. I remember to laugh and not take myself too seriously.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Playing shows in Taiwan, visiting the hot springs in the hills of Taipei with the band.
Seeing the full moon rise and the full sun fall at the same time in front of the Mont-Saint-Michel with my friend, while hearing someone playing a frame drum. It was magical.
Screaming in the Taj Mahal to hear the amazing reverb.

Teach, Learn, Share

From a practical perspective, I can share my knowledge of music as well as the principles of the Alexander Technique. Besides that, sharing my general life experiences from having lived in several different countries and speaking French, English and Swiss German.
