ABOUT ME

Erica and I are two friends who can kick back and have a good ol' time. I think this is because we are funny, a little strange and very adaptable! We both love traveling and meeting new people...we are very much the same but different in many ways so it's perfect...because we get to meet a variety of people. When it comes to traveling most of the time we like to take the unbeaten path and get to know places the way locals know them. We are unorganised when it comes to our travels but we always think of something and we usually end up having the time of our lives!

Books by Wally Lamb, Things Fall Apart, Bonk, Three Cups of Tea, any Sci Fi particularly older ones, Vampire books (guilty pleasure), Super Troopers, Superbad, Comedy in general, and documentaries, Pride and Prejudice...

Music is as important as any of these, and could go on forever...it's even inclusive of country and opera.
Foo Fighters, Otis Redding, Kings of Leon, Elton John, dubstep, Snoop Dogg....

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Trapped in a Burmese refugee camp, and had to pretend that we were students doing a project. We sat down and had a political discussion with the leaders of the camp! We ended up getting driven out by one of the leaders in his Mercedes SUV.

We've also seen a 13 shark feeding frenzy on one giant eel!! (Not at the same time as the refugee camp)

Sunset and sunrise, all in one day...it's always a beautiful thing.

Drinking on a deck with Erica's visiting brother watching a meteor shower when we were all shocked by a streaking blue comet shooting across the sky - one of the most amazing sights :)
