ABOUT ME

I am interested in meeting people from around the world and showing them my beautiful city ( well the good points anyway until it is rebuilt) I have the company of a very opinionated dog who thinks she is a human. She loves to hear her own voice and say what she thinks. I enjoy the space of my house as it has native ferns and is a world away from the city noise. I work as a Mental Health Support Worker and enjoy the challenges this brings.
Update: my girl has passed away so many surfers will not get the chance to meet her. She is sadly missed by those who have met her. RIP Pheonix.

I love to meet people travelling through my Earthquake damaged city. There is lots to see and do around the city and suburbs.

I love meeting new people and have had a great experience meeting travellors from many countries. I enjoy hosting and have many contacts to stay with all over the world.
