CURRENT MISSION

I'm being made redundant in a week's time and going to take this opportunity to travel the world for a year or so...so busy planning my trip!!

ABOUT ME

Well - what shall I say!! I'm friendly, smiley individual that likes meeting up with friends as well as new people.
I like to learn what people do, what they've been up to, places they went to... I like talking but mainly listening as I found that people always have interesting stories to tell.
I'm very active - I enjoy walking in the hills of Wales and Scotland, go swimming every week and is a keen tennis player (I love tennis!). I also like skiing - such a nice feeling being in the mountain and meeting lots of different people on the slopes.

I'm being made redundant and this is giving me such a brilliant opportunity to do something that I wanted to do for so long and couldn't - travelling for a year or so.
I would like to discover a few places around the globe...not only all the sites but how people live and learn about new cultures!
I would also like to learn things along the way such as scuba diving, sky diving, cooking and tasting new cuisine (I love food - I'm French after all!)...

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy: not sure that I have a specific one but I try not to judge people ("don't judge a book by its cover") and help whoever I can.
Small actions can have big impacts.
I'm a great believer that a smile doesn't cost anything but can be so rewarding when the other person smile back!

I haven't got any CS experience as I am new to it but I like the concept!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I range from rock/pop to classical: here is a small selection: Stereophonics, Foo Fighters, James Morrison, Michael Buble, Barbara Streisand, Alicia Keys, Mozart, Bethoven...
Books: I loved the Harry Potter books(as well as the films!), one of my favourite French book is Laurent Gounelle "L'homme qui voulait etre heureux"
Movies: I like thrillers (Bone collector for example),comedy, girly films as well as foreign films (other than blockbosters)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are lots of amazing things I've seen...to me the sight of a flower, mountain or the moon is amazing!

One of the amazing thing I've done is fly a small aeroplane and go over Chester, Liverpool, down to Bristol and back...it felt so free!

I would like to learn new culture and languages - it always help to communicate!
I can teach/share my knowledge of French and/or English.
I can share my experience and feelings of living in a different country than the one you've been brought up in.
