ABOUT ME

jodo, alright these things are awful, but here I go again! wooo! well i am generally a happy person and try my hardest to be good to people. the things i hear most often as descriptors of me are "adorable" "caring" and "loco". I like dancing and singing, and so i might start dancing in my seat in the dorm cafeteria or library, but its just fun. i am told that I smile a lot.
I like to study a lot, i would study forever if i could. I just graduated with a degree in spanish and psychology.
I would like to live in europe eventually, so as i explore i am enjoying myself but i am also looking for where I want to spend the rest of my life, so im looking for the best experiences wherever i go!!! it could effect the rest of my life!
I am open to try anything and everything (in theory) at least once, so if i visit you guys and there is something about your town or country i just HAVE to try, be it food or some sport or event or whatever, well let me know and off we go! and i have visited a few places so far, but still fairly new to couch surfing, have only done it twice, once in belgium (awesome time) and two places in paris, had fun there too!

PHILOSOPHY

I generally feel that people are not always the most brilliant things in the world, so when someone does something stupid or mean, give them the benefit of the doubt, they might not realize it. I live my life to be happy, i know how i want to end it, but getting there is fun also, so i want to be happy and be happy getting there!

I talk it up to any and all friends who are thinking about studying abroad and once I get a place I can host people, jaja. and I enjoy surfing spots when I travel

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

have gone to belgium and it was amazing, looking to keep exploring, my host there was so nice and I just hope he had as much fun as my friend and I did with him, he showed us belgian waffles and we took him to his first gay pride, in his own city even, it was a true interchange of cultures, and i love it! also went to France and stayed with some people in Paris, that turned into more of a place to sleep, they worked and we explored, but its still amazing people will open their homes to you and you come home and can talk about your experiences.

Interests

I love animals, enjoy reading (especially popular books like the hunger games but in spanish) I am working on becoming a polyglot, starting on the basic latin languages but plan on branching out into german, icelandic, russian, polish, etc. food is always a positive thing for me, I may not like it, but I will try anything once. nights out with friends, travel, and studying. there are several more things I should add, but that would take a while to both type and read. oh, one thing, I enjoy laughing in spanish. I lived in spain and it took me so long to change from "haha" to "jaja" in my text messages that now its the only way I do it.

Music, Movies, and Books

these types of things change all the time, but at the moment, i love the movie black swan, and the books eragon and 1984, also like reading the hunger games in spanish, the trilogy. sci-fi/fantasy nut. music, I like mainstream music generall, katy perry, gaga, maroon 5. though I will listen to a lot and I sing classical with my choir.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

right now, i just think that my decision to study abroad in spain is the most amazing thing i have done for me.

orgullo gay in madrid and brussels were amazing, and when surfing in belgium my friend and I got on the wrong train while trying to get to Brugge from brussels and we almost ended up in france, so we got a nice scenic tour of the countryside, jaja

Teach, Learn, Share

i can teach english and spanish and to move your booty for fun, tips on running technique, I enjoy math and could help there if you are in classes, and then just some random things and facts that people don't expect

I want to learn it all, so anything you have to offer is great, love dancing (ACTUAL lessons would probably ne good for me, jaja) and cooking (needs help) and singing (could always use lessongs) and languages especially, but anything would be amazing.
