I'm a rather intense guy. Many people call me crazy, others call me real.
Conversations can go deep with me. It's likely I'm gonna touch your soul in some way.
I want to connect with people and I like intimacy on various levels.
Being honest and respectful is very important to me – general social norms are not.
I'm an authentic guy in a weird world. Many people are scared by my behaviour.

Now that you have been warned ;-) ... I'll give you the "normal" introduction:

In my heart I'm a technician / engineer. I've studied electrical engineering and IT. Now I'm on a journey into human communication, behaviour and psychology. I'm also somewhat spiritual (been to India in 2015) and my scientific mind is digging into all kinds of "strange" things (from the viewpoint of a so called "normal scientist") .
I consider myself one of the few people who are well grounded in both spirituality AND science.

I'm addicted to indian food, books and occult sciences. Currently (5/2023) I'm into vedic astrology and human design (I'm a projector).

I'm one of these "conspiracy theorists" (I have practical experience as well, though). I believe (know) the pandemic was a hoax. I've not been vaxxed and I didn't / don't wear a mask. Having said that, I'm not one of the guys talking about chemtrails all day long. I just know what's going on and prefer NOT to talk about it. I'm telling you to let you know about my mindset.

If you want a cheap place to stay - I'm generally fine with that. Just be ready to connect with me. Be respectful, considerate and all these things that once upon a time were self-evident when being a guest. Also I like it when you show some form of appreciation.

I prefer silence over noise, I'm not a party guy.
I don't like beer, I'm not interested in football and I never owned a TV.
I don't eat meat, but sometimes fish ("almost vegetarian").

I'm a supporter and seeker for truth. I'm here to discover what's under the surface. I bring clarity and so people understand and can make their way through this weird world more easily.

I like to connect with other people. And I like hosting people because it's a non-mainstream kind of giving. It was a big step out of my comfort zone the first time and still is a little step every time.

Also I like the intimacy: The experience of meeting a total stranger, to build trust in a couple of minutes and having some really nice moments together. There are plenty of great people around the world and I enjoy meeting some of them. Couchsurfing – especially hosting – is giving me nice small adventures in my life :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had many great experiences with people I met over CS so far.

The first guy who sent me a request was a black rapper from New Jersey. I was really scared to let the guy into my home. Turned out to be a great experience – we had a great time :-)
