Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've not tried Couchsurfing before, but I've hearda lot of good stuff about it. I think it's a great chance to meet new people from all around the world and spend some time together.

Interests

I'm intrested in Sports (rather doing them than watching), books, computers and meeting people. In general I am openminded about trying out new stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I listen to a lot of different music, depending mainly on my mood. There are times when I like to chill with Bob Marley and others when I rage along with some Metal band. Other times I enjoy the good-mood-music of the Beach Boys or Irish Folk. I'm not too much into Pop or classics though.
Movies & books: tbc :)
Movies: I watch a lot of movies and series when I've got nothing else to do. However I don't really focus on any specific genre, although I really like the recent comic movies like X-men or avengers.
Books: I read a lot. I used to read a lot of fantasy although nowadays I enjoy reading historic novels the most since they give you an insight into culture and history without the boredom of a history class.

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess I could give some german lessons if there's interest.
I'm not to good of a cook, although I can make Wiener Schnitzel, a really nice regional dish from my home country. I'd like to increase my cooking skills on my travels.
