ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is christoph, i'm 33 years old and live in berlin for nearly 12 years. i grew up in potsdam, a small city close to berlin. there i also did my studies in architecture. now i work for several years in various architectural practises.
due to my occupational habit i'm interested in urban structures, buildings and design (mainly the contemporary and modern style) but i'm not a workaholic and i also like to meet my friends to have a drink in a pub, going out for dance/concert or spending a lazy sunday in a park.
i came to couch surfing after a trip to reykjavík last year. i went there with my brother, who already had a profile here. we slept in orri's house, who not only hosted us but also is the best islandic guide. he showed us the amazing natural spectacles as the geysirs, secret caves and hot springs on snowy mountains. it was absolutely impressive and definitely a highlight last year.
with my own profile now, I want to be a part of the couch surfing community, to meet new open minded person, to show my hometown, to host and be a guest
