Hi, my name is Chris, i'm Canadian. What i enjoy the most in life is travelling, i love adventures! So many things changed in the last year its crazy! 2 years ago, in 2017, 19 years, i was somewhat introverted, and i might still be a little bit. My life was monotone, going to work everyday from 9h to 17h and staying home playing games and watching movies whenever i had free time. It was time to change things up. With the help of some amazing friends, i got out of that vicious circle and started living my life. What does that mean? I think it's all about passion, love and happiness. Jumping on every opportunities that comes to learn and explore. I got to visit multiple countries, meets lots of amazing people, gone on roadtrips and so on. This is why i am now trying couchsurfing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had lots of wonderful couchsurfing experiences in the past and that's what made me download this app. One time, i went to Boston, PAX with a host i just met, another time i went to a concert in Hamilton with another host, and so on! Basically, I am on counchsurfing to connect with people, make new friends, learn about new cultures and have the most amazing time my host! Traveling alone is fun but i trully believe that it is 10x better with people. Sadly, you don't always have friends or family members ready to go with you at anytime. This is why i think couchsurfing is amazing!

Interests

Ranging from sports, sight seeing computer science and movies, there is only so much things you can put in a list. I am always a fan of learning new things and experimenting! It's always good fun to learn! I am really open minded.

Teach, Learn, Share

Obviously, being 22 i still have a lot to learn myself before i can teach others. Although, i have a few things up my sleeves! I can teach you about the culture in my home country, what are the weird things about us. I can teach you French and/or English, some swear words :). Also things about how to run a business if that is your interest, the ups and downs and the challenges i encountered. Maybe some cooking... What about my favorite, and yet super simple, french styled crêpe recipes? 😋

What I Can Share with Hosts

From small talks to super deep conversations about the meaning of life. I will talk to you about the life in my country/city and the countless stories of the trips i have been part of. Sharing silence is also fine if that is what you prefer.
I always enjoys cooking and learning new recipes so i can definitely help with that, along with doing the dishes.
I will always be fair and pay for my part with food, activities, traveling, etc.
I am a very clean and hygienic person and can make myself small when needed.
All my host will be welcome to visit me at anytime and i will have a place for them!
