Overview
About Me
I'm a calm and introverted person until we start doing acroyoga, then I can be extremely energetic and extroverted. I work as a cook, am involved in the organisation of mindfulness, yoga and sustainability festivals and am studying to become a yoga/acroyoga teacher.
I love philosophy and connection, think it's very important to develop awareness of oneself and our surroundings and am an absolute dreamer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I hosted some couchsurfers for the first time this year and loved to be able to help people on their travels that way, now I am traveling myself and decided to try out this way of traveling myself.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm very much into downtempo, ambient electronic music, think of things like Hinkstep, Man of no Ego and... hmm, well maybe not the style, but Massive Attack and Thievery Corporation.
Right now I am reading a lot of books on philosophy, spirituality and psychology.
As for movies, I kind of took a break after the Avengers series concluded. I'm a total(casual) sci-fi/superhero nerd though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Gosh. I... Ah, ok, I lifted 2 people weighing over 160kg on my legs in an acroyoga threesome. I weigh 56kg.
Teach, Learn, Share
Acroyoga, worldviews, experience.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach you acroyoga, tell you about dutch culture or have a seriously good conversation if you are into talking about what life is really about. I'm a pretty good cook... seriously, just ask me to teach you acroyoga. I'm on a mission to convert the world. :P
