Hey there, I´m a Film student based in beautiful Mainz, Germany. I´m pretty much into filmmaking as You can guess, haha, photography and all kinds of art, cooking and food, Yoga, dancing, and of course getting to know new people/places/cultures/influences while traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I never used Couchsurfing before, it got recommended to me by a lot of friends that have had mainly positive experiences with it and as I´m planning a trip right now my curiosity brought me here to give this a shot. I really like the idea of a social network for travelors that gives the possibility to meet new, local people during traveling and having a spot to stay overnight. I´m curious how this will work out!

Music, Movies, and Books

My musical taste depends on my mood, I really like Edward Sharp, Matt Corby, Mogli, some rappers, Travis, A$AP, Lil Peep, Nirvana, Rin, Hans Zimmer, Ludovico Enaudi, Hang Music... To name a few. There´s amazing music in every genre!
Same with films. As I study film I really discovered a lot of beautiful pearls in cinema, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Tree of Life, Cloud Atlas, Breathless, The Revenant... I really love music videos and experimental approaches to film and video as well, the Vimeo staff picks are great and the director duo BRTHR impressed me lately, There´s just so many great films, directors, DOPs, editors... out there.
I don´t read a lot of books actually, I always want to read more but I haven´t lived up to that yet. I´ve got one book that I´m carrying with me a lot, it has a lot of inspiring, insightful poems in it written over years during a man´s spiritual path.

I can offer my knowledge concerning films, cameras, visual storytelling from my studies. We can shoot some photos! Cooking, an Yoga session, having a long conversation on a rooftop, explore the nightlife, camping / hiking, there´s many things we can do togehter.
I´d love to learn guitar or other cool portable instruments! In general I enjoy jamming and freestyling althought I don´t play any instrument haha ;-).
