Overview
About Me
I'm an American working and living in Madrid as a professional translator. My passport might say USA, but I feel Western European at heart... I love the history, peoples and cultures, especially in Italy and Spain.
I love learning languages and am fluent in Spanish and Italian. I also like staying active, going to the gym, spending time with friends and photography.
Personality wise, I'm pretty independent and outgoing, but I enjoy my time alone too. I like spending time with a small group of people and getting to know people better. If you have good company, anything can be enjoyable.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel and wanted a way to meet locals. The more I see this community, the more I like and want to be a part of it. I wish I could host people but my current apartment is shared and we don't have a couch... but as soon as I get my own place I will host for sure here in Madrid.
