Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Experiencing what a culture has to offer is best facilitated by the local community in which one is visiting. I love meeting those most familiar to a new place and seeing where I end up.

My interests range from cooking, playing saxophone, practicing yoga, volunteering, reading, doing absolutely nothing, drinking wine outdoors, backpacking into the wilderness for a few days, mountain biking, hiking to hot springs, getting massages, etc...

I'm an occupational therapist, therefore I look at ways a person can do the things that matter most in their life. Change and impermanence are unavoidable. If we can embrace these two inevitabilities, we are able to flow with life. Life is a river; we can hang on to the banks while the current beats the shit out of us, or we can let go and flow with the current.
The good news is, it's always up to us!

I know how to cook many different things. My primary specialties are tacos, kale salad, and stir fry.

I'm also a very clean, considerate, quiet person who is respectful of others' space and special requests.
