Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new friends from different cultures. It's been a great experience so far and I hope that once I have a house of my own I can begin to host travelers.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm pretty open to everything but here a few of my favs.

Music: love everything, really into saharan guitar music at the moment.

Film: love it, need more of it.

Books: The Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler. I plan to read a lot more this year so recommendations are welcome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a couple months in rural India traveling and studying merging medicinal practices among groups of tibetan refugees.

Teach, Learn, Share

Perhaps I can help teach some English and share stories of places I've been. I really just enjoy the act of sharing with others. The more one travels the less room there is for ignorance.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd like to think I'm good company, I'm very laid back, polite and clean. I also really enjoy cooking for people.
