I'm an assistant soccer coach at a small liberal arts school in Mississippi. I enjoy all sports and how they are able to bring everyone together, educate, and help people grow!

I'm a liberal/progressive person, and have been involved with some Democratic campaign work in the past. I majored in Public Policy while in school, and still stay up to date on current events and look to contribute to causes that I'm passionate about when I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm traveling to Philadelphia for the United Soccer Coaches Convention (formerly the NSCAA) and am trying to keep my costs as low as possible.

I also hope to travel more often in the coming years and think this platform could not only help in making this more economically viable, but will enhance the trip as I'll be able to meet more people, especially those who are more knowledgable about the area that I'd be in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to go to the 2010 Fifa World Cup in South Africa with my brother, father, and grandpa. Was able to see 5 different games in Johannesburg and Cape Town, while also visiting a few national parks as well.
