I am a sport mad runner who currently works full time as an office manager and freelances as a sports journalist. I am to be a full time sports journalist back in London where I am from.

I moved to Birmingham over a year ago as I had to move out from home and I new lots of people in Birmingham and it's a great place for athletics training.

Besides my love of sport I love watching movies and unfortunately due to being raised mainly by mum I have a not so guilty pleasure of Romcoms. Cna't beat a good romcom and phish food ice cream, for an evening in.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

A friend of mine told me that he was couchsurfing in Barcelona for over a week and I'd never heard of it before and instantly thought it was something that I wanted to try.

The idea of getting to travel to different countries spending very little and meeting local people is one that I thought almost seemed too good too be true.

Also, being able to host people, showing them round the great city of Birmingham and get know them, when I would alternatively just running and watching TV most of the weekend sounds great.

I love a wide range of music, including generic popular music, power ballads and country music, to name just a few.

I love a big range of movies, especially thrillers and romcoms (bizarre combination of movies to like, I know).

I really enjoy to read true stories about stunning events, such as the book Unbroken about Louis Zamperini who ran in the 1936 Olympics and then got shot down and captured by the Japanese in the Second World War (Also loved the movie).
